I had a van towed to their shop with a wheel falling off. They got me in, replaced the studs and a leaking brake caliper cheap, they did a great job and were professional and friendly along with appropriate communication every step. Used these guys for years, will continue to do so and highly recommend.

Our Pacifica began to miss on Interstate 35. Pulled off at the north Ames exit and shut the car down. Restarted it and it still had the problem. Knew that we would have to get it looked at. 2 o’clock in the afternoon doesn’t leave much time! I checked Google maps and Ron’s shop was the first one that came up and had good reviews. They were a little over a mile away so we just drove there. Richard the Service Writer and he was very understanding. He was able to get us in right away. Freddy was the Tech that did the job and I was very pleased with his work! In about two hours they had us back on the road, headed home. This was an ignition coil... Not all repairs will be this simple. They seemed to really care and tried hard to be as timely as possible. They also have a nice waiting room. I would highly recommend this shop.
