So far so good. I have called them to look into options for Washer/Dryer. The woman that picked up the phone was professional, sweet, personable and efficient. She got me the information that I needed. Promptly sent a link and set expectations of what I could expect. The process was simple and easy. My experience with her was excellent. Wonderful customer service. //Prior to this an old landlord ordered a stove from there and the two workers that came out were prompt, efficient, and professional. Though I do not know either of those people personally, because they are local-(one actual very local to the neighborhood), when that employee see... So far so good. So far my experience directly and indirectly has been excellent and I am just now embarking on a personal professional experience and I am hoping that it will stay the same. I did not give a five star because we'll have to see how it goes, but I will definitely update as time goes by. I am sincerely expecting the best ...customer service is good, but hopefully Washers and Dryers are good too. From my recollection the stove was great from service to usage. *Fingers crossed :) I love giving great reviews. Good things, we love to see it!
