Great experience! Called in and immediately spoke with a women who helped me through my panic and got me scheduled. Technicians were on time, knowledgeable, and friendly! They send out a text showing you who is coming to your home before they arrive as well. They were willing to walk around with my husband to figure out a few smaller items that we needed to confirm outside of the main concern we called about. Pricing was straight forward before any work was performed and within what I expected to pay. Thank you!

We chose Ron the Sewer Rat for our sewer scope inspection when buying a house. Both the company and our technician Garvin were very professional and thorough from the start. Garvin was knowledgeable and friendly, taking time and care to talk us through the process as he worked. It was a cool process and very informative, and the report and video that followed has been helpful as well. Im glad we did this to aid us in our decision making process. I would choose Garvin and Ron the Sewer Rat again right away for my plumbing/sewer needs!

Michael is a fantastic technician and did such a great job with our sewer clean out today! I'm so grateful for his patience figuring out our issue, explaining everything to me and answering all my questions along the way. I was really impressed and appreciative! I was so relieved to be able to get an appointment so quickly also- I requested an appointment last night when our issue came up and Michael was able to fix our issue this morning. Thank you!
