This review is to the professionalism and total adherence to completion to a window installation of 9 window [ 6 new bay placement and 3 replacement windows other rooms ] Until this fateful meet up with my contractor, Mr. Roman Stolyarchuk & the dedicated team efforts of employees ; , my wife and I [Leonard Sterba, 13 Orchard Drive, Randolph, NJ] were employing a Home Depot referral contractor] whom unfortunately presented major problems from the very start : sizing 17 of all wanted window submitted for purchase, to how best to express incompetency, to not continuing in a duly reasonable time frame..and then further wait for another ar... This review is to the professionalism and total adherence to completion to a window installation of 9 window [ 6 new bay placement and 3 replacement windows other rooms ] Until this fateful meet up with my contractor, Mr. Roman Stolyarchuk & the dedicated team efforts of employees ; , my wife and I [Leonard Sterba, 13 Orchard Drive, Randolph, NJ] were employing a Home Depot referral contractor] whom unfortunately presented major problems from the very start : sizing 17 of all wanted window submitted for purchase, to how best to express incompetency, to not continuing in a duly reasonable time frame..and then further wait for another arrival of resubmitted sizing, We underwent torture 3 months waiting, doing sometimes something and thren nothing ,,,,,It was therefore an purely incomprehensible wrong wrong……..to us I found Roman Carpentry by the heaven.’s above blessing…. my wife and self were panicking , and unforgettable event took hold of us besides dismal circumstances,, 3 months and a job just waits, so many excuses given, ….we had to look elsewhere BUT WHERE….?? Roman Carpentry his approach immediately: I feel your pain, I can do ALL this work remaining [6 New, 3 replacement] next week his availability and my needs were proceeded and on an daily basis for 4 days and not just only completed but by exceeding both of our expectations,,, The craftsmanship unseen before by any previously used contractual agreement and surely my last “hell” and after untold grief,,,,,, Roman Carpenry truly wanting to have a satisfied client ,which we are….YES WE ARE ,,,so much moreover , we have hired his services in other remodeling or home improvements jobs. We highly recommend Roman Carpentry for those that want a professional contractor taking pride in the job he does and that “happy smile” that is the end product of satisfied customers
