we received so many good reviews about how this company is awesome, friendly, good people, so of course, we reached out to them with an excavation and gravel project. they promised to swing by and do a quote but forgot the first time, so i reached out to them a second time. as time went on with still no quote from them, we went ahead and excavated our project personally (and manually). after reaching out to them yet again (i think 5 times in all over the course of a couple of months) and still no quote, we went with a different company. very frustrating. would not recommend.
