Came in with a sizing problem for a pair of heels. He cut some cork there on the spot, helped me with the fitting, and when I was happy, he secured it underneath the shoe lining. Will definitely come back for any more shoe needs! (Next time with cash or check! He doesn’t do cards.)
I had a shoe repair emergency and they worked with me to get me in and out in a timely manner. The work they did was high-quality and the customer service was top notch! I highly recommend Rocky’s Cobbler Shop.
