Derealy was my technician I was in a critical position because my furnace was only blowing cool air and my thermostat was not working at all . Dearly completely did an inspection and cleaning and overhaul of my furnace. She also had to to install a new thermostat. Not only did she do a complete cleaning and service of my furnace she also checked my vents for air flow and was able to give me an educational overview of what I should be looking for and how to know when I needed Mountain Heating and Cooling to come back . Because of her service and the overall service of the company I have initiated an annual service Safety check on both my furna... Rocky Mountain is amazing! I got SAME DAY SERVICE, and everyone was very professional from April who answered the phone to my very courteous and on time tech Tyler. Who fix my furnace with a smile on his face.the whole time he was there! Thanks again! Andy
