This company is amazing! Devon helped me with my purchase. She was professional and knowledgeable. After it was installed I called with some questions about the remote and she took the time to walk me through it. I would highly recommend them!
We are very pleased with the gas insert we purchased and had installed by Rochester Fireplace. The job took about 7 hours. They were courteous and efficient.....spending time at the end going over operation of the remote and answering any questions I had. We chose this company, after extensive shopping, because of the product they sell and the confidence we had in their installation process...We were not disappointed!!
