I had a question about an open box item I ordered online, so I called in. Instead of vague answers, they actually sent me photos so I could see exactly what I would be getting before committing. That level of transparency is rare and appreciated. No pressure, no nonsense, just good communication and good service. Overall, it was smooth, straightforward, and exactly how buying appliances should be. I will absolutely be purchasing my future appliances from here.

John was sent out to diagnose and possibly fix 2 of our appliances with issues. Long story short, my 7yo GE washing machine fixed but my 2yo Whirpool dishwasher not so lucky. So seeing that the part needed to repair it would cost nearly half as much as a new one, we decided to buy a new GE dishwasher from Rochester Appliance.
