I would strongly advise against using Robinson Fence. They built our fence, and we’ve had nothing but problems with the gate. It has failed multiple times, and despite being rebuilt three separate times, the issues persist. The most recent rebuild was just two months ago, and it’s already failing again. To make matters worse, Robinson Fence refuses to stand behind their work or provide any warranty. Their workmanship is extremely poor, and their lack of accountability is shocking. This wouldn’t have been an ongoing issue if it had been done correctly the first time. Regarding the gate you installed two months ago, I specifically pointed out the large gaps and the fact that the latch was installed backwards to the technician who came out. He partially fixed the latch but did nothing about the gaps. At the time, I figured I could live with the gaps, but I didn’t realize that some of the hinge bolts weren’t even secured to anything. I don’t use that gate often, so I only discovered this recently. You stated that you warranty your workmanship for a year, but this current gate is only two months old and already failing. I tried explaining this to your people on the phone, but they just blew me off. See attached pictures—this is clearly a workmanship issue. Each hinge is like this.
