I had my check engine light come on. Wasn't sure what the problem was so I stopped by a national chain, and they wanted $150 for diagnostic off the bat. I took it over to Rob'e Mans and spoke with Cody. He understood and came out into the parking lot to check it out. It was a loose gas cap - I was gone in 10 minutes. I will be coming back for any future maintenance because of the way I was treated. Excellent customer service. Thanks again, Cody.

I’m so pleased to share the great experience I had with Rob’e Mans service and Roger. On a late afternoon, I drove over a large pothole on 280 West, and I knew I had a problem. I called Rob’e Mans and told Roger what had happened and that my tire was flat. He suggested that, because it was so late, I should use the spare tire for the weekend and bring the car in on Monday morning. I took the car in early Monday, and there was substantial damage under the car and the parts connected to the left front wheel. They did a thorough inspection with photos. I approved the repairs, thinking this would be an overnight repair, BUT at 3:00 pm Monday, my...I’m so pleased to share the great experience I had with Rob’e Mans service and Roger. A friend recommended I take my 24 Camry to them to diagnose a wheel balance issue I was unable to resolve after taking it to NUMEROUS places. I took it to Rob'e and they performed a road force balance on all 4 wheels and found an out of round tire to be the issue (brand new Michellins). I was in and out in a little over an hour and I made the appointment an hour before I arrived. Very friendly and accommodating atmosphere and Kody Myers went the extra mile to take care of me. I will definitely use them again as the need arises. I noticed a customer was receiving a service report from an advisor and they were told they would need a new serpentine belt soon but it would be fine to wait until the next service . I feel this repair facility has honesty and integrity.
