Simply said, Randy is awesome!!!...The hauling service I needed was not typical. I had to get a piece of broken construction equipment off-loaded from an 18 wheeler trailer and moved to another location on a weekend (this was not an easy job). I called everyone around the Jackson area that did towing and there was no-one willing or able to do this for me, so I was stranded. The guy knows his stuff, so give him a call.
Great service and personable experience. Randy came out and helped me when my lug nuts were stripped. Great expert and provided with a timely solution. Will be calling again if anything comes up again.
This man Randy White(Road Runner Towing Service) is a con artist and a crook. I have had to take legal action against him to return my car. I am still trying to get my car back after-all he has conned me out of $2,300.00 dollars. He has had my car since April 10,2025 and now it’s August 19,2025. Do not trust this man… I am just warning anyone, DON’T allow this man to take advantage of you. He is not afraid of the law, he avoids any type of legal documents that is sent to him. These are some of his cons : He’s waiting on a part,I am in the Doctor's office( this is his comment when he does decides to return your call or text) he’s very kind... Like an idiot I got stuck in the mud on one of the rows in the battlefield park. After miles of muddy and wet trails, dodging potholes and visible mud my luck ran out. Called several towing companies and Roadrunner Towing were the only ones to call back. It took him about 30 minutes to reach us and got us hooked up and out of the mud in no time.
Randy and Arthur with Roadrunner Towing & Recovery were outstanding! My alternator pulley failed and shredded my serpentine belt late at night while I was stranded between just outside of Jackson. They responded quickly, were incredibly professional, and went above and beyond to help get me back on the road. Instead of just towing the vehicle, they were able to diagnose the issue, help source the parts, and complete the repair right there so I wasn’t stuck waiting for a shop to open. They were knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely cared about helping me out of a stressful situation. I can’t thank them enough for their professionalism and wil...
