Great customer service. Scott is a no BS down to business guy while maintaining the customer service. Got me in for a chip the next day that satellite said I needed a full replacement. The gal at the front desk is super nice and welcoming. Ran into some issues with making my appointment the day of and they worked around…

I broke my passenger side mirror yesterday backing into my garage. The clip broke and the glass fell out and was cracked... I needed a replacement FAST and after calling other auto repair companies who had a wait time of a couple days I came across RCG&M and they were able to ultimately fix my issue in a matter of hours. I got a side mirror cut as replacement AND they glued back together my clips and put it in for me.
10/10 best outcome. I appreciate their help and recommend them for auto glass/mirror repair. Everyone there was friendly and wanted to help.
