Roger runs a honest and reasonably priced shop. Him and his team of mechanics service our work rigs and have always been able to get us back in action. What I like the most about his shop is that they are not trying to replace unnecessary parts along the way and will tell you if something is still usable.

Super nice guy - genuine, helpful and a straight shooter… priced very fairly. I’ve been twice for separate issues and he’s made my life easier - Thanks Rigby!

I don't recommend. They did my timing job since I was worried about messing something up and missing work to do it. They did the work at a low labor rate. There was an grease print on the headliner, but oh well. When it started leaking oil (it never leaked before) they said I didn't tighten the oil filter enough. Next time I went in for the leak they said it was the pcv valve which they replaced (without asking). Turns out that required changing the valve cover too ($700 bill without asking, ouch). I brought it back in for the leak and they kept it 4 days. When I went in asking for an update after 4 days, they said they let it idle outside fo...I don't recommend. I brought it back in for the leak and they kept it 4 days. When I went in asking for an update after 4 days, they said they let it idle outside for an hour without seeing a drip. I was pissed they just left it running for an hour without bothering to find it. I realized Roger had no intention of fixing his own damage, so I did it myself. First I did the crank seal for $10 which they didn't replace (shame on them). While getting to it, I saw they loosened the fan clutch nut with pliers (not the ford tool). Then I rev'ed it under load in the garage until it reached 210° repeatedly until I found the leak. They didn't RTV seal where the oil pan meets the timing cover. That's LITERALLY called out in the $15 shop manual. Ten cents in RTV, wasted a year of me stressing every time it puked 2 quarts of oil while towing. While dropping the oil pan, I also noticed they never torqued the front oil pan bolts or they used the torque values for the next model year (Yes, this is where the leak was). I then pulled out multiple pieces of timing guide in the oil pickup screen that they didn't bother dropping the pan for.
Oh, guess what happens when you fling oil in an engine bay. Your alternator goes out. There went another $200 and a stressful night for my wife and kids.

I own a 2013 Subaru Outback that I purchased in 2015. I was due for my 60k maintenance service. After driving around town to several shops and getting estimates I stopped in at Rigby automotive to inquire about the service needed for my car. Well needless to say I made an appointment for my service and Roger ( the owner) dropped me off at work before he started working on my car. I arranged for a ride back to the shop to pickup my car after work and after I paid for my repairs I was ready to go. Just a side note, I've done my fair share of automotive work in my younger days and I am very picky on who I entrust working on my vehicles. I now trust Roger enough to request his assistance getting my 1970 Plymouth 340 Cuda running again. It has sit in storage for years and is in need of some mechanical love. I have owned this car since 1974 it is my high school/drag the ave car of which I have many fond memories. I look forward to driving my Cuda again after Roger gets done with it. Thank you Roger.

Roger is the real deal, He put an alternator on my car and within a week or so It was not working again. Turns out it was a faulty alternator so he had to order from the dealer.
He had it fixed and back on the road in no time.
As a woman I am always reluctant to trust places that can easily take advantage.
Again, I needed his services as my AC was blowing hot air and another shop thought I might have a small leak.
Instead of making me wait til next week. He went out and added freeon and got me going on my way fast and friendly. He is as honest as they come and I have and will continue to recommend him! Thanks Roger!!
