Riedel Computers is a well-established firm with an excellent reputation for its technical expertise, business integrity and knowledgeable, accommodating staff. I have utilized their services, found them to be prompt and priced fairly. As a nontechnical person, I have appreciated the respect they have shown me (despite my often "silly" questions). As a side note, owners Bernie and Nancy Riedel have both shown leadership and commitment to community service, a very important consideration in choosing where I do business.

I had a desktop computer that literally "died" a few years ago and Riedel Computer Services not only brought it "back to life", but I didn't lose a single file or document. This was done at a reasonable price and quickly, so that I didn't have to be without the computer for long. Their staff is knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I would happily recommend to family and friends.
