Brent was AMAZING. I unfortunately had some issues with my engagement ring at the mall location in sioux falls, I brought it up with Brent at the store location and again he was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. The communication was phenomenal, the customer service was fantastic, i have nothing bad to say about them. Everyone i talked to within the store was so kind. He took the time to understand my situation and got everything right in no time. I couldn't be happier! Thank you again to all the floor staff, Brent, and the goldsmiths!

Brent was very helpful with guiding me how to get my wife's wedding set repaired following an extended period without routine cleaning and maintenance. His assistance assured that her ring would remain sound and beautiful. I have always had great experiences with Riddle's Jewelry, especially this store in Sioux Falls. Thank you, Brent.
