Riddle Technology was "ready, willing, and able" to help us out in a pinch when no one else was able to assist our customer in Kingsport, TN. Days later, when the 2nd call was made to help in an emergency, Will was swift to accommodate. Will was awesome. He took time to come to my home and worked through every problem on cell phone and computer with ease. Shared a lot of information and ideas that will help me in the future. Was very fair about the price and when he left I felt like I made a new friend.
