Rick rules! Got a backlight on a 50" tv fixed for under 200$. Definitely suggest seeing if Rick can fix your tv before buying a whole new one.
Rick is the best! No matter what the problem is with one of my TVs, he can fix it at a very reasonable price. I love this guy. Hope his wife doesn't mind. She is a lovely lady.
My 2010 Sony Bravia 32-inch TV stopped working, so I took it to Rick. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and identified the problem as a power supply module issue. It cost me just over $100 to fix my set, which saved me a bunch of money and he made the repair fairly quickly. I would recommend Rick to friends and family for flatscreen TV repairs. He takes his time when speaking with you so you don't feel rushed, especially if you're in a stressful situation with your TV. He will do his best to help you over the phone so you don't have to waste your time lugging around your TV. I'm new to the area and heard wonderful things about this business! Now, I can see why. Prior to hearing about Rick's Repair, I tried other service repair shops I found on Google, and they were awful and unpleasant. I have a Samsung 75" that accidentally tipped and h... The other places I called acted like it was easy to just bring the 75" TV in to be looked at. I have heard over the years that once you see lines on your screen or it's cracked, the TV is junk, and Rick confirmed that. He takes pride in customer satisfaction, whether you have a question or are getting your device repaired! He is not looking to just take your money! I highly recommend this business! I wish all small businesses were like Rick's!
