I had a roof replaced by Erik and his crew. Erik worked directly with my insurance which was great. The crew that did the work was amazing. They are fast and did a really good job. They cleaned up and hauled everything away. I would definitely use them again if needed and I highly recommend them.
Eric and team did a solid job replacing a roof that had caused us trouble with leaking in a poorly pitched area. They also built on a portico that turned out just how we wanted.
We have had Richardson Construction do two projects for us: The first was adding an office addition to our home and the other was constructing a roof for our deck. Eric and his crew were great to work with and we love the finished product. They were professional and courteous. If we have another project we will call Richardson Construction!
My roof was completed in a timely manner. They brought over samples of colored shingles that would like nice on the house. Job was completed in one day and crew cleaned up afterwards.
It's not hard to make a good first impression. I was impressed with the Richardsons from the first email response to my project inquiry as well as in my initial meeting with Eric. But, it's the lasting impression that really matters. We had a pathetic, dilapidated and dangerous stairway that needed to be torn down. We are happy to say that it is gone and has been replaced with a beautiful two level deck and safe stairs. It is so well designed and constructed; THE definition of a "home improvement." We could not be happier with our new deck or be any more pleased with all that Eric and Jessica delivered on this project; a great lasting impre... It's not hard to make a good first impression.
