Literally the nicest and most straightforward guy you could meet. Literally told me that i could replace my phone by going to Verizon and asking for a trade in and went there with me. Unfortunately, they were closed and he did the service on my phone but he outlined every option i had and explained the pricing of each. He clearly knows what he is doing and will not BS you, plus he’s super personable. Great guy and would recommend him over literally any tech store.
