Plamen was exceptional! He came back several times to make sure he had the parts and did the job well and efficiently. He also gave great advice about maintenance for the future. He was very kind and very approachable. They have my business in the future!
We had an amazing experience with Revolff. Our home warranty company sent Plamen over to fix our oven. We heard back the next business day to schedule and he followed up the next day to look at the oven. Within minutes he diagnosed the issue. By the end of the next week he was back with the needed part and fixed the issue. Plamen was a pleasure to work with, super friendly and funny and made good conversation while he was working. We appreciate the hard work and getting us fixed so efficiently. Would definitely look to work with them again next time we have appliance issues.
Zevolff was very professional, friendly and informative. He made me aware of issues with my dryer that I did not know existed. He pinpointed the issue very quickly and resolved it in no time. He even gave me good advice on my washer. If I could give 6 stars I would. I definitely will be referring them to my friends and will reach out to them again for any of my appliance needs!
