Working with Revival Roofing Services was a great experience! A tree fell on my house during a storm and Brandon Pillow with Revival was there almost immediately to survey the damages. Within a hours, the tree was removed, a tarp went up and the work on a very stressful situation went very smoothly. Brandon Pillow is extremely professional, fast to communicate, kind, helpful and smart about what needs doing. His crew is excellent. Highly recommend!

I had higher expectations based on what was discussed initially, but the actual experience did not match that. The project felt rushed, and at times it seemed like the focus was on finishing quickly rather than doing quality work. There were also issues with communication. I often didn’t know what stage the project was at, and getting updates required multiple follow-ups. This made the process more stressful than it needed to be. After completion, I noticed a few areas that didn’t look properly done. While the roof may seem fine at a glance, a closer look reveals several imperfections. Considering the price I paid, I expected better attention to detail and overall professionalism
