I get and understand that it can be some changes when reparing a phone extra charge. Could of said it in the first place as policy. Also when repairing a phone please explain it well to customer that it varies the days or weeks when is done. Not break a promise when the phone was going to be ready for pick up. Many things. 1. The staff that was in charge on Friday was very unprofessional of what was told. Did not said a word when the officer came into the store and was explained on what was going on. 4. End up calling 911. For something so childish. 5.Could of explain in details on why the phone was not ready. Just be honest. Everything would of resolved at the moment. 5. At the end of this they charge $200 dollars more because they were more issue when repairing the phone. Could of informed me that in the first place. Not sure if that was on purpose or not. Scamming me ? Maybe not. Karma does exist so what comes around goes around. 6. Will not be returning at all. Terrible service. Horrible experience. Do better.
