A few weeks ago, I had the situation in which my laptop was not recognizing my charger while I was working. I called Dell & they immediately jumped to me needing to mail my laptop to Texas for a week where the rep was convinced that my "starboard was corrupt" when she did not run any diagnostics on it yet my laptop would "need to be wiped".
I didn't trust it & chose to take my laptop in to get it looked at by Renton Computers. I paid for them to run diagnostics to see what the matter was & heard back from them the next day that it was actually the laptop charger. I ordered one via amazon & i was back up & running in no time.

Highly recommend them, they're quick and reasonable with great communication (they submit an email to you with a link to monitor and reply or ask questions from them). Theres also text alerts if you opt in! They also email and send a survey of how you they think did, which is a nice gesture and follow up with their work.

Do not bring your computer here. I paid over a thousand dollars to have my computer fixed here because they had to replace everything well at least i was told later after they held my computer for 3 weeks. When i received my computer it had scratches they downgraded my motherboard and replaced my fans with foreign parts most likely used parts including motherboard with scratches on the back of it. If you want to be ripped off and feel like an idiot to trust this place go ahead give them your money. they will take it and screw you over. if i could i would give them a zero stars.

I had a great experience with Renton computers! I have a MAC and the computer died but I don’t want to get a new one with everything happening in the Congo - I was able to get a new battery with labor for $200 and it was ready within a few days (I was initially quoted 7-10 days!) - cost, customer service and locally owned!
