Called to make sure I didn't need an appointment, was told to just come on in! They figured out my PC issue quick and price was completely reasonable. Super friendly folks, easy to get to location, just a great experience all around! Thanks guys!

I’ve used Rent-a-Geek many times in the past for my computer and laptop, and have always been very happy with their quality of service. I was so happy to learn they had moved into the beautiful log building by Palmer High and now it’s so much easier to get to. Kudos for always going the extra mile for your customers!

WOW~ Jamie & Alex are absolutely the highest level of professionals! I called in a panic after months of random outages and constant "repairs." You know it's bad when MTA sends a Tech in your business and doesn't charge you... Enter a recommendation from Patrick @ MTA. I called and Jamie got me scheduled the next day for Alex to come out, the building has a city's worth of CAT5 going everywhere, systems that the Ancient God's want back and no Network Map from the previous owners. Not only did they get us back online with stable connections, but also helped with getting the server system issue squared away, and at a price that honestly was less than a tank of gas these days! We could not be more thankful! Give these independent local guys a chance you will not be sorry!

These guys were so helpful to not only fix my failing hard drive but to continue to work on my iMac until all issues were resolved. Great communication and patient to stick with the problem until they found a solution. These guys rock!!

Customer service was great! We spilled water on our laptop which totally destroyed the computer. James and the crew were able to recover all our data. I can't figure out computer issues to save my life. I use my laptop everyday for work and it was having some issues. I took it to rent-a-geek and they fixed it all up for me! My computer is running great now. They were professional and very helpful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Friendly and patient service! However, I do have to complain about how they didn’t listen very well: I brought my computer in with driver issues and I told them right off the bat that I suspected the driver card needed replaced. They ignored me and instead did a cleanup and sent it back to me, where it then continued to have the same issue. Fair enough for a first pass, I guess, but I had to send it back multiple times over the course of several weeks as the problem never got fixed. I finally pushed again for a new part (they didn’t seem thrilled about that option for some reason). This might not be their fault but the part took about a month to arrive. But lo and behold, the problem is finally fixed now that it’s replaced! Just wish they’d listened the first time, would have saved both of us time and me a bit of money.

I cannot recommend this shop. I was charged $90 to look at my laptop which had a broken bracket. I was told the bracket was no longer available because the laptop was too old (4 years). So I ordered a bracket from e-bay and had it installed by Mat-Su Medics who will now be my go to computer repair shop.
