Staff was easy to talk to regarding my laptop issues. Knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns. Kept me informed and updated as to the processes needed to fix my computer, provided me with options and the pricing. The services I needed were quick and efficient. I had my laptop back in a day and a half. This is a family owed business and they provided great customer satisfaction.
