My initial review accidentally sent under Indiana location instead of Louisville …. Installers Oscar & Rome did a great job. Windows look great! They came from Lexington to Louisville on a Saturday to get job done as promised before Christmas! They had a very long work day, finishing well after dark. Everyone I dealt with from Renewal by Anderson was super nice & helpful. Vadim (sales)

Window replacement throughout a newly purchased home. Before and after pics below. Cris G, the salesperson, was very flexible and worked with me to ensure I got what I wanted. Josh Richard and his partner were the installers. The windows look great and no mess left. Overall, very pleased with my purchase. However, it blew my nonexistent budget.😉

The install scheduling was handled by Sarah, who kept us updated with the status of our order and worked with us on the timing of the installation. Never did we have to guess what was going on with the install date.
When the install date arrived the team of installers; Chase T., Joshua G., Brian F., and Chris S. Showed up ready to go. This team of craftsman were professional, helpful, respectful and all around detailed oriented. This...Great!! From start to finish!
