They were the best set of guys who did our installation and very fast. In this snow storm they installed out Luxury Vinyl Laminate wood Flooring in 3 days 5000+ sq. Feet. They were very clean, professional and didn't mess up our new empty house. It was great working with Yousef he was so detailed and very informative of the process and explained it so well to us. And his follow-up was on point. We will definitely use them again!!!
Highly recommend Renaissance. We worked with Yousef, and the experience could not have been better. Had some delays that delayed the install, they were very understanding and were able to accommodate our schedule. I will use them for any upcoming flooring projects.
Really dissatisfied with the outcome of our floor. This place came a few times and it was the most stressful experience I have had with contractors. In the end, we were left with a horribly installed floor which has broken and it looks like teenagers installed. The pieces do not alternate properly. The attention to detail is rock bottom. The products this place offers is horrible in quality. It keeps the price somewhat lower but it will not last. You’re better off buying pieces online and doing it yourself. We’re extraordinarily satisfied with our experience of working with Renaissance to install roughly 1,000 sq feet of hardwood. The floors are excellent quality and look terrific, the process was smooth and easy, and the pricing offered the best value. We shopped around a lot (went to approximately 8 different stores in Montgomery County) and only Renaissance checked each block. We worked with Latif, and he was everything you’d want in a representative…. knowledgeable, helpful, honest, transparent, and responsive. We highly recommend doing business with Renaissance.
We used Renaissance several years ago to sand and refinish all of our wood floors. They did a great job at a fair price. This past month they re-carpeted our 2nd floor bedrooms and hallway as well as installing engineered hardwood in our family room. The workmen were skilled and very efficient. The quality of the job was top notch and the owner, Amir, gave us a good price and plenty of helpful advice. I’d recommend using Renaissance without any reservation.
