First, let me start off by saying that we own a small business and I have been blown away at the services provided by ReliaSys- I never imagined services of this level and customer service of this level were available to small businesses. This company was worth their weight in gold when my hard drive crashed. Last week, I had one of those sketchy pop ups come up on my screen instructing me to contact Microsoft immediately bc I had been infected with malware. Fast forward to this week and my computer started going haywire. I immediately contact ReliaSys and Ken jumped remotely onto my computer in less than one minute and assured me that the c... I immediately contact ReliaSys and Ken jumped remotely onto my computer in less than one minute and assured me that the computer was not infected according to his scans. He immediately started troubleshooting and got to the root of the problem- the hard drive was crashing. Long story short, I anxiously reached out to ReliaSys 7 or 8 times in the past 24 hours and EVERY SINGLE TIME they immediately answered the phone and approached the situation professionally and logically. They even came to my home office to pick up the computer, install a new hard drive, and returned it less than 2 hours later!!! Take it from me- if you're a small business, do not wait to sign up for their monthly IT/monitoring services. The peace of mind it gives you when you notice suspicious activity on your computer is priceless.
