Brody (spelling) came out within 30 minutes of my calling Reliant to diagnose the leak we had at home. He diagnosed the problem and stopped the leak within minutes of coming here. We had another plumber out here and he could not figure this out. Brody was amazing! And thank you!
1 star for not honoring warranty. They are located in Austin, Round Rock, and San Antonio. Check out all of those city reviews before using them. Buyer beware.
Incredible experience with the Miguel and Jonathan team! Sat am- they were here bright and early fixing a leak and then Helped with two other problem areas. They were delightful, courteous, and very fast. Highly recommend!

Very disappointing experience with Reliant Plumbing, specifically with technician Mark who came out on May 27th. What should have been a straightforward repair turned into a long, drawn-out visit. He left at one point to retrieve parts and later returned stating he had replaced the flush valve and replaced the commode. I initially held off on leaving a review until I had another plumber inspect the work. After that second evaluation, I was informed that the commode was actually cracked and had not been properly replaced or addressed. It appeared the original fixture had simply been cleaned, polished, and reinstalled rather than replaced as st... Throughout the entire visit, everything took an excessive amount of time, and his actions seemed very distracted and disorganized. At times, his behavior felt odd and concerning, and it raised questions about whether he was fully focused or possibly under some type of influence, though I can’t say that for certain. Based on the follow-up assessment and overall experience, I will not be using this company again and do not recommend their services.

Brendan was out today. Not only was he excellent at his craft, he is one of the nicest guys to work with. He treated me like a friend, did a thorough and efficient job, and anyone lucky enough to receive his services will be completely satisfied with his work and job knowledge. If you happen to reward your employees for a job well done, please double his stipend for me! I know who to call on going forward. Brendan, thank man.
