Zed fixed 4 of our appliances and was extremely knowledgeable. We will use him again in the future and highly recommend him!

Charged almost $300 for a refrigerator door handle repair. Over priced and way too expensive. Also given multiple wrong receipts which had to be corrected. Company also goes by another name other than Reliance. I called Reliance but my receipt was from BBM Appliances. A little shady.

Zed, the repair technician, was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He diagnosed and repaired the oven in less than 30 minutes. The fee was reasonable and the service was exceptional.

I called Reliance Appliances on a Saturday evening and Sirine answered my call. She was very polite and professional. She took my information and what my repair issues were and scheduled a technician to come out asap Monday afternoon. Zed came out. And he was Awesome. He called ahead to let me know he was on the way. He fixed our dishwasher and dryer with no problems and in a Timely fashion .He is very friendly, informative, and professional .. It was. Wonderful experience. And the plus was that they are open Saturday and Sunday.

They came and fixed my washing machine so quickly in one visit. They are fast and kind, easy to book with - highly recommend!!
