We had the transmission go out in our RV on our way to Florida. Shane at Reliable Transmission was very professional and helped us out in a big way. The RV went in on Tuesday and we where back on the road by Thursday just before supper time. We had time to go check out South Carolina for a couple days and it did not disrupt our trip. Thank you to all that worked on our RV.
Reliable transmission is my go to shop for transmission repairs. We’ve had 8 trucks done so far and have never had a problem. When it comes to keeping our trucks on the road I won’t take them anywhere else! Thanks again for your great work!
Reliable Transmission was great from the first conversation. It's hard to determine how good the service that was performed is because it's underneath the truck.. lol.. But, if I am able to gauge it based upon the reception over the phone and when I walked in the door all the way through to completion. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, and they had me back on the road in no time! If you're looking for a trustworthy shop, this is the place to go. My 1 year check was great, they even found a different issue unrelated to my transmission and let me know to have that checked before it caused me an issue.
