Reliable absolutely lives up to their name! From start to finish, the entire experience was top-notch.
Sara, our sales rep, was prompt, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to clearly explain exactly what we were getting and walked us through the differences between the two systems so we could make the right decision. There was zero pressure — just honest, straightforward information and great communication. That alone set them apart.
Evan and Kayla, the installation crew, were just as impressive. They took their time and were extremely thorough with the install. Everything was done right — no shortcuts....⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

They cleaned up completely and hauled off all of the old equipment, leaving the space better than they found it. You can tell they take pride in their work.
As a whole, Reliable has some absolute rockstars working for them. It’s rare to find a company where every person you deal with is this professional and detail-oriented. Very impressed all the way around.
Give them all a raise! 👏

Alberto and Jeffery were great! They arrived on time and made sure to answer all the questions I had plus gave me all the details I needed to ensure I understood my new unit. Rodney has been a great help as well. He has been available to answer all of our questions during the sales process. We really appreciate Reliable and all the work they have done.

I had a wonderful experience with Reliable Heating & Air! My home comfort advisor, Michael Peay, was extremely professional, patient, and knowledgeable. He guided me step by step through the entire process, explaining what would happen and what to expect. I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. He made everything so easy. I honestly wish I had called sooner!
Chad Colquitt, who installed my water heater, was also polite, professional, and clearly takes pride in his work. He explained what he was going to do, completed the job efficiently, and left everything clean and perfectly done.
