Owner was honest and definitely affordable for what I wanted and needed at this time. My next interaction with Dan was just as supportive as he took the time to quickly diagnose my laptop’s charging port issue and worked with me to get a replacement laptop. My brand new PC randomly started crashing a few weeks ago. I'm happy to say the guys at reliable computer helped me so much! They were super friendly and extremely fast. They didn't fix the issue at first, but did further repairs on it entirely for free- which was so kind of them! They also ended up giving me a new power cord (again, entirely for free) since I misplaced mine!! The doggy in the store is also very cute:) !! Thanks so much for all the help!
