REIS Auto - Greenfield

I was in search of a place to replace my headlights as they require specific bulbs and the previous places I brought it to were unable to help. I found REIS Auto and they were amazing to work with. They were very communicative and upfront about what was needed and even included pictures with my report. They also didn’t try to force any services on me, which is super respectable. It was also super affordable to get the work done. I definitely will be coming back here when I need another car fix!

Pleasantly treated and costs were up front. Sat while they fixed my car and everyone who came in during that time was greeted sincerely and treated well. Plan to return for more work on my Subaru, even though I live a ways away.

They helped me do a pre inspection on two cars and when the first car had a major head gasket issue, the owner/manager had offered to do the second inspection for free. As a college student this was a very kind offer and the manager also helped to explain the very complicated issues of a car to make it easier for me to understand. I will definitely be using REIS as my new go-to car maintenance shop. Thank you!

I would definitely recommend Reis Automotive for your next repair, as well as any needed services thereafter! I started going to them a few years ago, and wouldn't think of taking my car anywhere else. Everyone I've encountered has been so personable and friendly, respectful at all times. Which I appreciate, as the last thing I want is to feel like a dummy at the repair shop! Beyond that, they've always been able to fix my car issues at a very reasonable price.
