They provided a straightforward quote of a $60 truck charge plus $110 per hour, estimating about two hours. On December 30, a truck arrived with three technicians and only one working Freon removal unit. Two technicians were clearly inexperienced, appearing to be in training, which I initially assumed was standard. The on-site work took two hours and 38 minutes, yet I received a shocking bill of $953.65—nearly triple the quoted amount. The bill explicitly included “labor helper/t...
