From the initial call to schedule service, Refrigerated Solutions impressed. Victor was friendly and efficient. He said they'd come out to the store that same afternoon! Victor arrived that afternoon as he said and was professional and respectful. He quickly diagnosed the issue and clearly explained the repair process and pricing. Victor was very knowledgeable and answered all questions patiently. The repair was efficient. Highly recommend. I was having trouble with my old HVAC for the past two years. There was a leak in the system. I had several companies come out and tell me what they thought was wrong and what they could do for it. Then I received a recommendation for Refrigerated Solutions! This was a blessing. Victor spent time evaluating my old system and gave recommendations based on his findings.
