My home warranty company assigned me to this company and they never answered the phone. The messages kept going to a voicemail. I left several messages to schedule an appointment and no one returned my call.
Had a great experience with Rashid! The last technician (from a different company) came and left as quickly as possible without actually diagnosing the problem. Rashid took the time to discover that the dryer vent was clogged, which was why the fuse kept getting blown. He was kind and and took the time to talk to me and explain everything. Would highly recommend!
Refresh Appliance Services was exceptionally helpful in obtaining a part for our oven that was covered under extended warranty. This company was sent to me through my home warranty contract. The diagnostic service call was one technician who was very professional and personable. He diagnosed the problem, and a new motor had to be ordered. I was contacted promptly after receipt of the replacement motor. The actual service trip required two technicians. The guys were both professional, and answered any questions I had. There was an unexpected problem with the removal of the old motor, but they worked diligently until the problem was solved. They scheduled the appointment very quickly, came in assessed the problem, needed a part, he came back next day now dryer is fixed and working fine.
