Totally disappointing with the amount of time it takes to replace a watch battery. 90 days is unreasonable when you’re selling watches for thousands of dollars. Time is money for the consumer as well!

I must say- if you want to experience a great sales person start to finish- only ask for Amanda! She does such a beautiful job of showing pieces while making it feel like you’re relaxing on the porch with your gal pal! She takes the stress out of shopping and doesn’t make you feeling like just another customer to hit some quota or goal.
