The sensors were repaired without an issue and my garage door/machinery was greased and lube! But, the receptionist and the tech should have given me a heads up on how much it would have been before he came over. The receptionist I understand is new. The Tech that I talked to on rhe phone should have advised me his price before he showed up at my door! Definitely should not have been charged $235. 😞
8/7/25 Had two broken garage door springs that needed to be replaced. They were able to come over same day, which was super convenient. Jordan and his assistant replaced the springs and fixed the other wires on it within 30-40 mins. He also inspected my other garage door for me. Price paid reasonable.
James, did an outstanding job in replacing my weather stripping on my door and issuing me new remotes. He double checked to make sure no screws or nails were left on the floor. He completed the job in a timely manner and was very professional. If I need garage door service again, hope I don’t, will not hesitate to call the company again and ask for James.
Incredible service. I called at about 17:45 on a Friday evening and it is now 18:47 and my garage has been successfully fixed! Nick Schaffer was my technician and I would highly recommend. Not only was he able to fix my problem but he also took the time to explain to my kids what he was doing as they were very interested!
