I came in a few weeks ago cause my screen froze, T- mobile people sent me here cause they couldn't unfreeze and low and behold the gentleman unfroze it in a seconds. I went 2 days ago due to the crooked pins in my charging receptacle and Zach helped out enormously bringing my anxiety down yet again in the age where phones are important. So thanks to these technical warrior and thanks for the kind and good service.
