Paul was our Structural Specialist that inspected our home, he was very knowledgeable and professional while in our home. More details than others provided. When we contracted Real Seal the project went as outline by Paul. I would recommend Paul and The Real Seal and will use them on my other investment properties.
The team that installed my underground downspout extensions did an excellent job from start to finish. Every person I interacted with was professional and helpful, especially Paul, who completed the onsite assessment, and Omar, who led the installation team and carried out the work. They were also very flexible on installation day and were receptive to a small change I requested when they arrived. I’m looking forward to seeing how well the new underground downspout extensions perform once we finally get some rain this season, and I'll plan to update my review after the rainy weather arrives. Had The Real Seal install a drain tile system. The crew was amazing. They were clean and careful throughout the 3 day process. They left the basement cleaner then it was before they started. The estimator Dave communicated clearly from start to finish. The office staff was polite and very accommodating. Thank you Real Seal!
My Real Seal salesman's name was John. He was very professional, full of knowledge and answered all of my questions and concerns. He was also very prompt on getting back to me with the polyjacking & additional seam/form line sealing quotes. I received the quote/contract in an email and the e-sign made it very painless to get the job started as quickly as possible. My sunken back patio concrete slabs were raised back up and over exceeded my expectations. After that Omar and George came back out later to finish sealing any wide gaps to prevent future water from seeping back in. I would definitely recommend Real Seal to my family members, friend...
