I had a great experience with this carpet cleaning and repair crew. They truly went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. We needed help at an unconventional time, and they were willing to come out and take care of the repairs that same evening. They stayed from about 7 PM until nearly 11 PM making sure everything was repaired properly and that the carpets looked great before they left. What really impressed me was their dedication to finishing the job the right way. The next morning they came back early to clean the carpets and finish the rest of the house. They didn’t rush anything and made sure every area was taken care of... I had a great experience with this carpet cleaning and repair crew. Ken was an excellent choice for our carpet cleaning needs. The appointment was simple to book online. He confirmed our appointment and showed up on time, also giving us a heads up that he was on the way. We had everything set aside already and he was able to get started quickly and was finished in under 2 hours. My carpets look great and he took great care of my home with protective rugs and corner pieces. We will be using him again.
I scheduled my appointment due to selling the home. I got a call when Ken was on his way. They arrived and steam cleaned 3 bedrooms in less than an hour. I had one tough spot from my dog and it came out great! They were both friendly and got right to work. Would definitely recommend.
I had my master bedroom, stairwell, and 1 of the kiddos room did. He was Professional and completed in a timely manner. Even had equipment I’ve never seen any other carpet cleaner companies use. Job well done . I would highly recommend these guys to get the job did.. Carpet turned out really nice..
