Highly recommend this shop, Mr JB(owner) got me in and out quick when other shops told me it'll be a couple of days before they work on my generator. And with great service combined with excellent communication in what was needed for my generator to work again! I was very pleased with the service I received. Brought in my ol’ generator thats been sitting for about 7 years, R&E got my gen fixed up and running smooth! I recommend these good folks, not only were they quick with the repairs but also super friendly and helpful.
Our generator needed a repair before the winter storm came through. They not only fixed in a very short amount of time, but they also informed us the parts were under warranty so we wouldn't have to pay an outrageous amount on the repair. RE Small Engine Repair was great on communicating when the generator would be ready, they communicated on what we needed to do maintenance wise to ensure the repair would not need to be repeated and they were reasonably priced. Every employee we were in contact with was professional, helpful and kind.
