This little shoe shop is the bomb. Ray is quick and obviously does what he loves to do- make sure the customer is happy! I had to have some shoes adjusted for some AFOs and he had them completed over a weekend to the specifications of the clinic. When I picked them up he was all smiles. I want to have more reasons support him but since I don't, I'd like to make sure everyone else knows they won't be disappointed to go there and have him work on their shoes/boots. Support local small businesses and genuine kind people like this!

I dropped off expensive ostrich skin boots and dress shoes and when my wife came to pick them up, the owner claimed I did not drop off my boots. He has either lost my shoes or stolen them. I am currently trying to resolve the situation but did not appreciate the fact that he told my wife I might be FORGETFUL and did not drop off my boots! I will not let this man take my boots and will be pushing this forward to small claims court if he has loss them! Don’t take your shoes and demand a ticket. He does not provide you with proof and simply writes your name and phone number.

I brought in a pair of my sister's Doc Martens hoping to get them repaired in time for Christmas, and Randy had them looking brand new within a few minutes. Great prices and stellar work, gained a customer for life!
