I had Paul & Eric out for maintenance on my natural gas fireplace. The communication was great. They were prompt, clean and professional. Paul took the time to educate me on gas fireplace and best practices to keep it running for many years.
As an added, unexpected bonus, in chatting Paul let me know he does brick work too. I asked him about an issue with my front porch and to my surprise he took care of it on the spot.
