DJ showed up and legit saved my sanity. No appointment, no heads up. He squeezed me in JUST to empty my tank. That wasn’t really the issue AND he had another appointment to be at, but he made time when he didn’t have too. He took time that he clearly did not have to make me understand how everything worked so I don’t have the same issue again in six months once again. He spent time fixing the actual issue instead of just trying to make a profit. He spent hours fixing problems that he didn’t have too, and he did not get paid anywhere near enough to do it. He just had good intentions and wasn't trying to just make money. I got to take an actual bath instead of a shower today and that was all thanks to him because this company actually cares. So if I had it, I would have paid him the 10K he clearly deserved but even though I didn’t he still treated my problems like I was paying him that. I don’t really leave reviews so that speaks VOLUME for me. These guys should always be your first call. They will definitely always be mine ❤️❤️❤️ Also thanks for the therapy DJ 🤣

AMAZING Michael and Vance arrived in a HUGE plumbing emergency & were challenged at every corner. They also CONQUERED every obstacle & made my plumbing PERFECT AGAIN! I highly 10 out of 10 HIGHLY recommend their knowledge, service, timing, prices, and personalities!!!

Very unprofessional. They told me a price before and once they visited the house they gave me a ridiculous price as they know I need to get it done. Will never recommend their service.

Crooks! Will tell u $399 over the phone then when they get to ur home and they know u r in a bind, will lie to you (and we know its a lie because we had a REPUTABLE COMPANY come out afterwards) will try to charge $1000 to $1500 and tell you all kinds of lies to get you to pay the outrageous amount!! I wouldn’t be surprised if the techs are keeping the extra money for their own pockets. I called the lady back and told her. She promised to talk to the techs and return my call but I never heard from them again. Lentz came and took good care of us for the PROMISED price and we will always use them in the future!!

Very unprofessional and disappointing. Scheduled me for 2pm appointment. Confirmed. Drove 45 min to the property to meet with them. No show and after calling to see where they were. Woman on the phone said it will be minimum of 2 hours before they get to me. What in the world? I guess appointment doesn’t mean a thing. So disrespectful with someone’s time in such busy world we live in.
