Dominic was very courteous and paid attention to detail. Did a fantastic job on our carpets! Added bonus was he showed up early for our appointment so got it done before the heat of the day set in.

Absolutely awesome work and great customer service. I called at 12:15 am when a storm had come through our area earlier that day and dumped more water than the terrain could deal with. Water came into the downstairs of our commercial building and flooded a good portion of it. E & J came as soon as they could at 8:00 am and cleaned out all of the water much faster and more efficient than I ever could have done on my own. Sometimes you just have to admit that you can’t do it and let the professionals handle it. 100% across the board calling E & J as soon as it happens if there is a next time! Outstanding!

They responded quickly and made the stressful time feel manageable. Every member of the team was professional and helpful. The only issue we had was getting a quote.

Terrible communication, missed appointments, didn't finish the job or provide bill of services, and failed to communicate with my insurance company. Then gives me a massive bill saying their done with three months of late fees when I never even was contacted that the job was completed or provided any recommendations for next steps after I was told they would help me find a contractor in the areas to repair the damage since I lived out of town. I even reached out to Grant asking for help understanding why communication stopped and help getting the repairs over to my insurance and I was told to contact my insurance and that was it.
