Alex at Range Appliance Repair is extremely honest and competent. He quickly determined that our 16-year-old fridge was fried, and streamlined the process to acquire and install a new model. In addition, he repaired the oven and broiler of our Wolf stove. Alex had to return to our address several times to complete work on our appliances, and he was always affable and upbeat. I recommend him without reservations.

Range has helped me with maintenance and repair on multiple appliances. We have Gaggenau and Bosch appliances, which are often very difficult to get serviced, and they are very knowledgeable about these products. They’re also very responsive when we need to schedule service.

Alex has been a lifesaver for my Sub-Zero fridge over the past two years. He is extremely prompt and has been able to diagnose and fix the problems quickly. My fridge stopped working over the weekend and Alex came by to diagnose the issue the same day I contacted him. Now it's back up and running and I couldn't be more grateful!

Alex was amazing I own a 21 year-old Miele dishwasher that needed some adjusting it works great but the door was off and the unit was loose. Other than that it worked great. I also called Miele And told them that my dishwasher was 21 years old and they told me that I should get rid of it and buy a new one for $1200. Well, the dishwasher works great thanks to Alex Only needed some adjustments. I also have a freezer that was building up ice in the bottom drawer and this has been going on for years and this is LG refrigerator that I have had since I bought the apartment in 2004 still working Alex repaired the problem with the ice buildup and was in and out in less than an hour Thank you Alex. I had a disappointing experience with this appliance repair service. The technician diagnosed the issue quickly but did not fix it properly. My refrigerator worked for only a short time before breaking down again, and getting support afterward was very difficult.
