Terrible service took 2 acs to get fixed got them back in worse condition. They charged a $50 service fee for the repair man to "check them out". 1 ac worked and the other didn't the second stopped working after 1 day. Gave me a price one day 125 for 1 and 90 for the other called 2 days later with a higher price 145 and 125, I reminded him he had given me a price and said ok we will stick with that. Called back 45 min later saying that the compressor was no good on one ac and it would cost $185 to fix. I told him to just pack it up and I'd pick them up and pay for the ac they got working (charged me $100). Horrible customer service and ZERO communication. My Frigidaire refrigerator broke down and I reached out to them. They said someone would try and make it before the end of the business day. The washing machines are trash. I spent $400 on my washing machine. Terrible experience. Technician messed up my mother’s fridge and we were still charged $200. The company promised to send someone else, but no one ever came. No compensation offered and customer service was completely unhelpful. Would not recommend.
